Walnut oil is great as a salad dressing oil

I mix the walnut oil with MCT oil and olive oil in my salad dressings. The blend doesn't solidify in the refrig, so it pours well, and has an excellent mouth feel. Start with 1/3 each and then adjust for different dressings and tastes.

wonderful partner oil with red raspberry vinegar over steamed fresh veggies

I just tasted your wonderful walnut oil! It is so smooth and mellow. I cannot wait to make a delicious dressing with homemade red raspberry vinegar over fresh, steamed asparagus, green beans, and carrots, then tossed with toasted walnuts! This recipe is courtesy of a dear friend, one for whom I tended her roses, and who served delicious lunches as a treat, may she rest in peace. Walnuts and walnut oil are simply superb as good and good for you foods to love!

the almond oil & walnut oil are delightfully delicious!! I tried them w/my own recipes, then I discovered the recipes pages & can't wait to try some of them also.

I also have to say something about the STUPENDOUS customer service. part of my order was missing. I emailed them & got an answer within a few hours. the problem was rectified & I got the missing items in a DAY!!! they have a customer for life!!
