Here at Fresh Vintage Farms, we love experimenting with different recipes and iterations of recipes to make some truly unique dishes. In our most recent creation, we feel we have made a wonderful Almond Oil Pesto creation.
Ingredients:
Fresh Basil
Almonds
Parmesan
Garlic
Salt
Pinch of Lemon Juice
Simply add your desired amount of each ingredient into a food processor for 2-3 minutes and enjoy. We decided to serve the pesto over cauliflower gnocchi laced w/slivers of chicken sausage.
