Baked Feta Pasta

We couldn't pass up on this trendy dish. We know you've heard of the baked feta pasta, but so many recipes are missing the best ingredient, almond oil! The rich Italian flavors combined with fresh basil and earthy tomatoes make this a dish you can't beat. 


1 package cherry or grape tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, smashed (optional)
1/2 cup almond oil 
Kosher salt
1 (8-oz.) block feta or feta crumbles 
3 sprigs fresh basil 
10 oz. pasta

Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash the tomatoes and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle almond oil over the tomatoes. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt, pepper, and garlic. Add feta to the dish and place in the oven for 30 minutes or until tomatoes are bursting and feta is golden on top

Meanwhile, in a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package instructions. 

Remove tomatoes and feta from the oven and add in pasta. Garnish with fresh basil. Stir and enjoy!
