Garlic Parm Pasta

 Ingredients:
- 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 3 tbsp refined almond oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup pasta water (reserved)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Cook pasta; reserve ½ cup cooking water.
- Heat almond oil over medium, sauté garlic 1–2 mins.
- Toss in pasta, Parmesan, and reserved water until creamy.
- Season with parsley, salt, and pepper.
