About the Process
All Fresh Vintage Farms Artisan Cooking Oils are made using cold-pressed extraction, it is the most effective way to consistently produce artisan oils that are tasty, versatile, and nutritious.

Our Farming Roots Run Deep
Fresh Vintage Farms was founded in 2019 by husband and wife Tommy and Tara Tickenoff. As third generation almond farmers, their connection to farmers and sustainable farming practices led them to create Fresh Vintage Farms.


About our oils
Our artisan cooking oils are crafted locally in the Central Valley of California. Through partnerships with farmers we know to be good stewards of the land and environment, we are able to deliver authentic, sustainable, and delicious cooking oils.
We take pride in our cooking oils - use only whole, edible nuts in our small batch manufacturing process - and cold press extraction to guarantee an exceptional taste while still providing maximum nutritional value.

Committed to Sustainability
Our nuts are sourced from the highest quality California almond and walnut orchards from growers we trust. Our growers use a variety of techniques such as monitoring bee health, mitigating water usage, reducing dust, utilizing solar power, and more to continue to provide a healthy, wholesome supply of almonds. The almond industry has set a goal to have zero waste by 2025 and Fresh Vintage Farms is all on board!
