With strong roots in the agricultural industry, we are lucky to be exposed to all sorts of fruits and vegetables. One of our favorite uses for our Almond Oil is for roasting various assortments of vegetables. Last nights dinner featured numerous bell peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, carrots, and more.
Ingredients:
Bell Peppers
Broccoli
Tomatoes
Carrots
Asparagus
Instructions:
Slice your veggies to your desired eating size while preheating the oven to 400 degrees. Once cut to your liking, apply Fresh Vintage Farms almond oil, salt, pepper, and garlic and bake for around 35 minutes. So simple, so healthy, and so delicious!
